Pricing

This rate includes all labor detailed in our process: sanding, seamless repairs where possible, custom staining, and two coats of premium commercial-grade finish. -

In cases where water damage or deep scratches cannot be resolved through sanding alone, we offer expert repairs. This involves carefully removing the damaged planks and installing new wood, matched precisely to your floor’s existing species for a consistent look. Pricing includes both labor and materials.
