Official Invoicing

Once you decide to purchase, you'll receive an official Renova Group invoice.

Every invoice includes:

• Purchase price
• Payment status

After payment is received, your invoice is updated to reflect payment in full.

Your invoice serves as proof of purchase and may be used for warranty registration and future service documentation.


Delivery and Local Pickup

Once your appliance is ready, you have several options.

Professional Delivery

We work with a trusted local delivery partner experienced in handling premium appliances.

Your appliance can be delivered directly to your property and carefully placed into your kitchen.

Please note:

Professional installation and utility connections are not included.

Upon purchase, we'll connect you directly with our trusted delivery partner to coordinate scheduling.

Local Pickup

You're also welcome to arrange pickup at our Chicago facility.

Appointments are required for all pickups to ensure your appliance is prepared and ready.


Nationwide Shipping

We utilize LTL shipping for long-distance deliveries.

What is LTL Shipping?

LTL stands for Less Than Truckload.

Rather than requiring an entire freight truck, your appliance travels securely alongside other freight shipments, making nationwide transportation efficient and cost effective while maintaining professional freight handling standards.

Our standard shipping service includes:

• Lift gate service
• Tracking information
• Professional freight handling

Shipping typically starts at $600 depending on destination and appliance size.

Through our industry partnerships, we're able to leverage discounted freight rates to help provide highly competitive nationwide shipping options.

Most shipments are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
