Renova Group specializes in professionally refurbished luxury appliances including Sub-Zero refrigerators, Wolf ranges, Viking ranges, and other premium kitchen appliances.
We are based in Chicago and serve clients locally and nationwide.
Buying From Renova Group
Can I see the appliance before purchasing?
Yes. Clients are welcome to visit our Chicago showroom by appointment to view available appliances in person.
Can I buy from out of state?
Yes. We can send detailed photos, videos, measurements, and schedule video calls so you can review the appliance before purchasing.
How do I start a purchase?
Contact us about the appliance you are interested in. Once purchase intent is confirmed, we send an official invoice with the model number, serial number, and payment details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept electronic payable invoices, ACH payments, wire transfers, Zelle, and qualifying cash-on-delivery arrangements.

Delivery, Pickup & Shipping
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes. Local deliveries are handled by a trusted third-party delivery partner experienced with luxury appliances.
Is installation included?
No. Delivery and placement may be available, but installation and utility connections are not included.
Can I pick up my appliance?
Yes. Pickup is available by appointment at our facility located at 3423 N Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, IL 60641.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship nationwide using LTL freight with residential lift gate delivery available. Shipping typically starts at $600 depending on location and appliance size.
Can you store my appliance after purchase?
Yes. If your project is not ready, we can store purchased appliances for up to one month while you prepare for pickup, delivery, or shipping.
Warranty & Protection
Is a warranty included?
Yes. Every eligible appliance includes Renova Group’s standard complimentary 1-year CPS Appliance Shield warranty card.
Can I get extended protection?
Additional CPS extended protection options may be available for qualifying appliances directly through CPS.
How do I register my warranty?
Use your official Renova Group invoice, model number, serial number, purchase date, and CPS warranty card information to complete registration.

Refurbished Appliances
What does refurbished mean?
Refurbished means the appliance has been inspected, serviced, cleaned, tested, and prepared for resale.
Why buy refurbished instead of new?
Many luxury appliances from earlier engineering eras were built with durability, serviceability, and performance in mind. Refurbished luxury appliances offer strong value while supporting sustainability.
Do you sell Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Viking?
Yes. Renova Group specializes in professionally refurbished Sub-Zero refrigerators, Wolf ranges, Viking ranges, and other premium appliance brands.
